Thermoelectric Assembly Temperature Controllers

OTE temperature controllers are specifically designed to control thermoelectric assemblies of almost any size. We specifically design our controllers so they can be configured to meet most any customer demand. Our OTE temperature controllers are robust and can be used in a variety of environments. We can configure for 12, 24 or 48 VDC, with load ranges from 60 watts, to 400 watts to 1000 watts of power. We have basic low cost unidirectional temperature controllers, economical bi-directional controllers, and high power bi-directional digital controllers. Our preference is stainless steel encapsulated waterproof thermistors which are highly reliable and economical.

  • These low cost temperature controllers are uni-directional (cooling or heating) proportional control and have an adjustment range of +/- 10 F. They are easy to mount, have universal .250 spade connectors for 12 VDC power in and power out to the TE assembly. The stainless steel waterproof thermistor attaches via standard wafer connection.

  • This is our most popular temperature controller; it is bi-directional (controls heating and cooling) and has universal .250 spade connections for power in and power to the TE. We provide 4 wafer connections for constant polarity fan power. This unit has two separate thermistor inputs for extra control, two LED outputs for diagnostic and power indication, ICP (in circuit programming) and a 5 pin output for digital display and control. This controller will operate at 12 or 24 VDC and handles up to 350 watts of power (20 amps limited).

  • This is our most powerful temperature controller: it is bi-directional (controls heating and cooling) and has screw down terminals for power in and power to the TE. This unit provides screw down terminals for the constant polarity fan power and offers PWM fan control. This controller has two thermistor inputs for extra control, LED outputs for diagnostic and power indication, ICP (in circuit programming) multi pin outs for digital display and control as well as increased processor capability. This controller will operate at 12, 24 or 48 VDC and handles up to 1000 watts of power (30 amps limited).
